Are any purchases final sale?
Yep. All sales are final.
We are still in awe that this is a real company with real customers and for that we are beyond in love with this whole experience.

On occasion the Rocket Tab does break when customers get too excited and pull too hard or it could just be a super cold day or in some rare cases it sprouts wings and flies away and now you're just simply not satisfied. We understand, who knows how to deal with a Rocket Tab literally "rocketeering" away?
Although we strive to create and provide the best / most gorgeous beverage opener on the market, at the end of the day it doesn't make a whole lot of sense economically to repackage Rocket Tab and send it back to us.

When will I get my order?
